PROCEDURES
Fill
in the Space Application Form and return to the Show
Management Office with the full contact details below.
Upon
receipt of the Form, the Show Management Office will
inform the applicant and send the invoice for payment.
- The booth location will be confirmed
after the receipt of
the booth rental fee.
- Exhibitors
are kindly requested to return the forms in the
Exhibitor's Manual such as the catalogue entry, badges
etc. and advertisement, hotel reservation, invitation
letter for visa, if necessary, to the show Management
before the respective deadlines on the forms.
- Other
service information such as freight forwarding, location
of the venues etc. could be found on the official

- Booths
will be allocated upon receipt of full payment and the
allocations are on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
